It is important to hold the cutter correctly, so pick up the cutter and hold it comfortbly in your hand with your index finger above the blade and your thumb above the compass point. |

Place the compass point where you wantthe centre of your circle to be. Twist your hand clockwise as far as it will go. Now bring your hand towards you applying pressure onto the blade. Continue moving your hand until a full circle has been cut. |

Repeat the action after adjusting the diameter of cut using the same compass point to create cutting effects and patterns. The circle cutter can create a wide range of effects from simply cutting circles and arcs etc. |
